About these terms

These terms apply when you book or use services from JOJ Recovery, including breakdown recovery, jump starts, winch out, vehicle transport and roadside assistance.

Quotes and prices

We’ll give you a price before we set off, based on the information you provide. If the job turns out to be different from what was described (for example, a different vehicle, location or access), we’ll tell you and agree any change before continuing.

Payment

Your responsibilities

• Give accurate details about the vehicle, its location and its condition.
• Remove valuables from the vehicle where possible.
• Make sure you have the right to have the vehicle moved.

Safety

Our staff may refuse or pause a job if it isn’t safe to proceed. On motorways and fast roads, please follow the Highway Code and any instructions from the police or National Highways.
